- I have to express this , I see people having a go at CM Punk for speaking out on Colt Cabana's podcast , Art Of Wrestling , the man needed a platform to get things of his chest.Personally I have always supported CM Punk , I will always support him and I wish him every happiness.I will never forget what he did for me in January this year , he Re - Tweeted me , now some people may just say "It's only a Re - Tweet". I treasure that Re - Tweet ,there is meaning behind why I do , it makes up for not getting to see him in Glasgow last year due to unforeseen circumstances.

All our service men did their share
Brave soldiers young and old
Fought the war brave and bold
They fought in Air Land and Sea
If not for them where would we be
Some lived while others perished
As comrades fought side by side
They fought many a day and night
Their mission sure their spirits bright
The loved ones bore the greatest pain
So many thoughts will never wane
We are proud of all the forces who
Sacrificed so much for our freedoms

100 ml double cream
25 ml Guinness
250 g dark chocolate, broken into small chunks
1/4 oranges, finely grated zest only
cocoa or icing sugar, for dusting
1 Put the cream and Guinness in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the chocolate and grated orange zest. Then reduce the heat and allow to simmer until the chocolate has fully melted. Make sure you stir regularly.
2 Leave the chocolate mixture to one side until it is cool to the touch and starting to solidify, but not set. Take generous teaspoons of the mixture and roll in your hands to form small round truffles, dust in cocoa powder or desiccated coconut. Set in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours. - "If you think Positively

I am not giving up on Scotland , no way is that happening , William Wallace never said "there's too many of them we cant win" , neither did Robert The Bruce say "naw we cannae dae this" NOT A CHANCE!. - Don't worry about people talking "behind your back" .. It just means that you are one step ahead of them and puts them in exactly the right position to kiss your erse! - ass!
- A message to the rioters creating havoc in England .. Do you think you are so clever and tough? .. I have news for you you don't know the meaning of the word tough! .. You are all just a bunch of fannies that's putting it mildly!
- Just back from out in town and heard Strathclyde Police have arrested a 16-year-old male in Glasgow in connection with setting up a Facebook page which aimed to incite Glaswegians to riot.Calls were made for the Facebook page ‘Let’s start a riot in Glasgow’ to be closed by the social media site which was attempting to start a riot following similar riots across London, Birmingham and Bristol over the last 48-hours.The 16-year-old was apparently detained in the south side of the city.Strathclyde Police have said that at the time of writing there was ‘no intelligence’ to suggest that there was any trouble planned in the city.
- @NickRhys - Nick it's an absolute pleasure to write that for you :) .. My dad wrote a short play and my auntie Franny performed it at the Glasgow Citizens Theatre and she was an extra in the cast of River City and she had a small part in the movies Red Road and Fast Romance .. I have a variety of over 300 poems ranging from about world peace to humour and I also write my own songs .. Hope you have a great day Nick .. X
