Now, except to call out the political twofacedness of some who argued the opposite arguments than now, on both sides of the aisle, than they did at the Clinton trials, whether because of being ignorant parrots just repeating what theyre told, or were being dishonorable political strategists looking to protect or take down Clinton, regardless of where truth and justice lied, it's best, and WE say this about the Johnson case, too, to just stick with facts now and Law, and PLEAD for knowledge, reason and INTEGRITY to prevail over politics, and #thesethings, apparently meant to cause confusion and distrust in American Government and Our Constitution, and lose confidence in them, at home and globally.
Integrity will separate political and personal disagreement, even moral disagreement, from what is abuse of power, actually. Abuse has to be connected to some kind of crime or infraction and rule breaking though, usually. It can be present, otherwise, but the explanation has to be reasonable. That these arguments are coming down party lines is evidence that the arguments are only political and this whole thing be opportunistic.
No use going backwards and arguing WE shld not even be at this point, at least not now. But the accusation of abuse centers around Dems charging Trump pressured Ukraine by withholding military aid to them to get them to investigate Joe Biden to help him with his campaign.
One, the 2018 "new evidence" proves Trump was investigating or looking to before Biden declared AND Ukraine looks like they were cooperating then. It was Our own ambassador that was the problem.
Two, it is RIGHT and LAWFUL for the President to investigate Biden and anyone suspected of corruption, at home or abroad. Him not doing so may be more abusive. And, whether one thinks Biden and his son are guilty of any thing or not, no one can disagree that the look is bad, and bad enough to at least warrant investigating.
Three, along with it being significant that Trump started investigations of Biden far before, and therefore it is more likely this was not about the campaign, Trump has a track record of calling out and investigating or looking for justice for any American sleight. WE saw with China, and Iran. There was that Chinese company he went after that Canada delayed and held one of their top execs for US that one time. And there's all the NATO and Trade stuff. So these things show a pattern, along with his tweeting, to go after any one he deems wrong, and cld hurt America, including those that have nothing to do with his campaign
I can add more to the list, but these things alone show that there is much more evidence of an intention by Trump to just go after all corruption and things wrong for America, which is NOT ABUSE, but part of the job description of President. And his methods cant be shown to be abusive, either, in that he has a Right to fire or call back any Ambassador, and there was a stipulation concerning corruption with the military aid, and during, and after, AND NOW, Zelensky, President of Ukraine, has NEVER said or suggested it was, or he felt as if he was being pressured to do any thing for the military aid, or at all. In fact, SEVERAL TIMES, Zelensky has said, EXACTLY, "No Pressure".

Scrivo questo tw perché ne ho le scatole piene di finti politici e sopratutto non sopporto più il tifo da stadio che ogni finto politico e ogni finto leaders si porta dietro.
Leaders che, a ben vedere fuori da un contesto di partito movimento, sono tutti perdenti, nessuno che possa realmente vantare un successo personale che non siano mancette.
Le pochissime cose buone che hanno fatto i vari pseudo leaders sono cose fatte da governi e non da persone, da governi e da partiti che sostenevano quei governi.
Mi chiedo cosa pretendono di fare oltre il vendere pentole con meccanismi di marketing piramidale o far finta di mettere gente intorno a tavoli mal imbanditi con il loro 1 2 3 4% di voti...mah
Scrivo questo post perché sono stufo di un paese pieno di eccellenze ma che è incapace di eccellere come tale.
Perché sono stufo di pseudo leaders che, per affermare la loro nullità, o usano i voti degli altri o si scindono o citofonano misurando il loro ego con la lunghezza del proprio codazzo di adepti senza preoccuparsi dei danni causati dalle loro azioni.
Sono stufo di adepti che fanno a gara nello scrivere commenti in linea con i loro leaders sempre più inutili e divisivi.
Ma più di tutto sono stufo che nel paese culla della cultura “C’è posta per te” fa il 30,26% e “Meraviglie” il 17.24%.
E allora direte voi ? checiazzecca ? chissenefrega ???

Per una trasmissione televisiva ? si perché è quello che vi meritate.
Se il sabato sera vince il trash contro la cultura questo è un paese finito.
Un paese che non vuole crescere ma solo sopravvivere e tifare, infastidito da ragionamenti complicati e sempre più addestrato a e da slogan.
Un paese capace solo di affidarsi a mezzi leaders prima, per osannarli e difenderli contro tutto e contro tutti anche contro l'evidenza e poi, pretendere il diritto di prima fila, per tirargli monetine.
Stasera non è importante chiedersi se vince l'uno o l'altro l'importante sarebbe chiedersi come ci si è arrivati ...
Un paese attrezzato culturalmente e politicamente non avrebbe consentito a gente così becera di andare oltre il 10% mentre invece state a sperare che ce la si faccia per 10 20 voti.
(tra l'altro poi per vantarsi che quei 10 20 voti appartengono al proprio movimento senza i quali non si sarebbe vinto...)
Quindi il problema non è vincere o perdere il problema è che non bisognava neanche arrivarci a questo.
La ragione ? la ragione è la solita ... pensare di essere meglio e di avercelo più lungo di tutti
Incapacità ammalorata da presunzione ... e qui i nomi dei pseudo leaders non eletti di movimenti delle zero virgola sono sotto gli occhi di tutti.
Tutti troppo impegnati a star dietro al loro ego che a tenere insieme i pezzi e l'elettorato.
Tutti troppo impegnati ad ascoltare la propria voce anziché ascoltare,osservare e combattere il VERO nemico.
Tutti troppo impegnati a ricattare con il proprio zero virgola e ad offendersi poi se chi ha i voti fa gli accordi con chi ritiene più affidabile o con chi ci sta.
Addirittura si è arrivati al punto di organizzare falsi faccia a faccia concordati pur di dare addosso all'unico partito che conta qualcosa.
Siamo un paese finito quindi ?
No, ma dobbiamo soffrire e non poco perché ve lo meritate : ci dobbiamo vaccinare.

I received 4" of snow in Nevada City while upper foothill areas received a lot more as expected cause spin outs and lots of accidents. I chained up my Prius and did not have any issues getting around. This storm has pretty much exited to the east except for a few remaining snow flurries over the western slope of the Sierra. Clearing is on the way, but please be careful driving this morning as there's still snow covered roads in and around town. Expect today's daytime highs in the low 40s with overnight lows in the low 30s.
The forecast is trending dry for this weekend as High pressure builds off the coast. However. Showers look likely Monday and Tuesday as a weak system pushes through. Snow levels will rise to 5500ft and precipitation amounts look to remain light. This off and on wet weather pattern looks to continue through next week, but none of these storms look very significant.
The long range forecast looks to bring us a dry weekend next week as it appears that the last couple of weeks of January may trend dry.

Clouds will be on the increase as the strongest storm we've seen since December arrives late tonight. Expect today's daytime highs in the mid 40s with overnight lows in the mid 30s.
The forecast looks good as the wettest and coldest storm we've seen all January is expected to arrive overnight into Thursday, bringing gusty winds, lots of rain and heavy snow to the Sierra. Snow levels may drop to 2000ft, bringing us a good possibility of seeing 3-4" of snow in GV/NC and even a light dusting as low as 2000ft. The upper foothills will see more, perhaps up to 8" with the Sierra at Pass level receiving up to 2ft of snow.
You should seriously consider staying home once the snow arrives if you're not confident driving in snow. Others will appreciate your sacrifice. Expect long travel delays into the Sierra as white out conditions are expected. This storm will begin to clear out on Friday morning, with a chance of snow flurries at 2500ft through mid day. The weekend may bring us a weak follow up storm with sunny weather expected Sunday and Monday.
The long range forecast looks to bring us another storm or two next week, but it's still to soon to know their expected impact.

οχηµάτων για το 1ο τρίµηνο του 2020:
1. Οι άδειες κυκλοφορίας θα ανανεώνονται από την Τρίτη 7.1.2020 –
(α) στο διαδίκτυο, στη διεύθυνση http://rtd.mcw.gov.cy
(β) σε Εµπορικές Τράπεζες,
(γ) στα Κέντρα Εξυπηρέτησης του Πολίτη,
(δ) στα Επαρχιακά γραφεία του Τµήµατος Ταχυδροµικών Υπηρεσιών,
(ε) στα Επαρχιακά γραφεία του Τµήµατος Οδικών Μεταφορών.
2. Η τελευταία ηµεροµηνία ανανέωσης των αδειών κυκλοφορίας είναι η Τρίτη
10.3.2020.
3. Οι άδειες κυκλοφορίας µπορούν να ανανεώνονται για χρονική περίοδο τριών, έξι, εννέα και δώδεκα µηνών.
4. Τονίζεται ότι, µε βάση την ισχύουσα νοµοθεσία οι άδειες κυκλοφορίας θα ανανεώνονται µέχρι την Τρίτη 10.3.2020 χωρίς επιβάρυνση.
5. Με βάση την ίδια νοµοθεσία για ανανεώσεις αδειών κυκλοφορίας, που θα γίνονται µετά από την Τρίτη 10.3.2020, θα επιβάλλεται ως επιβάρυνση στην άδεια κυκλοφορίας το άθροισµα του ποσού των 10 ευρώ και ποσού ίσου µε το δέκα τις εκατό (10%) της άδειας κυκλοφορίας που αντιστοιχεί στο οφειλόµενο ποσό για το τρέχον έτος.
6. Ο έλεγχος των οχηµάτων θα αρχίσει την Τετάρτη 11.3.2020 και από την ηµεροµηνία αυτή η Αστυνοµία και το Τµήµα Οδικών Μεταφορών (ΤΟΜ) θα καταγγέλλουν όσους
κυκλοφορούν οχήµατα χωρίς ισχύουσα άδεια κυκλοφορίας.
7. Για την ανανέωση της άδειας κυκλοφορίας θα πρέπει να υπάρχει:
• Πιστοποιητικό καταλληλότητας σε ισχύ
• Ασφάλεια
8. Το ΤΟΜ συµβουλεύει όλους, να φροντίσουν για την ανανέωση της άδειας κυκλοφορίας του οχήµατος τους έγκαιρα και να µην περιµένουν τις τελευταίες µέρες, για να αποφευχθεί ενδεχόµενη υπερφόρτωση του συστήµατος που µπορεί να
προκαλέσει ταλαιπωρία.
9. Υπενθυµίζεται και τονίζεται ότι, όσοι είχαν ανανεώσει την άδεια κυκλοφορίας του οχήµατος τους κατά το έτος 2019 αλλά δεν προτίθενται να την ανανεώσουν για το έτος 2020 θα πρέπει να υποβάλουν στο Τµήµα Οδικών Μεταφορών αίτηση
ακινητοποίησης του οχήµατος, µε τη συµπλήρωση του εντύπου ΤΟΜ12Α. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση η υποχρέωση για καταβολή του ποσού που αντιστοιχεί στο τέλος κυκλοφορίας συνεχίζει να υφίσταται ως αστικό χρέος, οφειλόµενο προς τη
∆ηµοκρατία.
10. Σε περίπτωση καταστροφής του οχήµατος θα πρέπει οι ιδιόκτητες να υποβάλλουν στα γραφεία του ΤΟΜ ή των Κέντρων Εξυπηρέτησης του Πολίτη (ΚΕΠ) ή στα
Επαρχιακά γραφεία του Τµήµατος Ταχυδροµικών Υπηρεσιών αίτηση ακύρωσης εγγραφής του οχήµατος (έντυπο ΤΟΜ 98Α) συνοδευόµενη από το «Πιστοποιητικό Καταστροφής» που εκδίδεται από αδειοδοτηµένες εγκαταστάσεις επεξεργασίας
αποβλήτων οχηµάτων, για να απαλλαγούν από την υποχρέωση καταβολής τελών κυκλοφορίας από την ηµεροµηνία καταστροφής του οχήµατος.
11. Οι άδειες κυκλοφορίας µπορούν να ανανεώνονται στα γραφεία του ΤΟΜ, των ΚΕΠ, στα Επαρχιακά γραφεία του Τµήµατος Ταχυδροµικών Υπηρεσιών και διαδικτυακά
καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους.
12. Υπενθυµίζεται και τονίζεται ότι δεν θα σταλούν ειδοποιήσεις προς τους εγγεγραµµένους ιδιοκτήτες, για την ανανέωση των αδειών κυκλοφορίας.3,272 chars, ≈ 2 mins read -
Imported cattle were soon found to be infertile and riddled with disease
A number of Sri Lankan dairy farming families have been left devastated after investing in a fresh milk scheme which saw the import of dairy cattle from Australia and New Zealand. Dozens of cattle in local dairy farms have died following a government brokered import deal with Australia’s largest cattle exporter, Wellard Ltd, which Sri Lankan dairy farmers say, has left them broke and desperate.
Following the import of the heifers, farmers were faced with grave issues including low quality of cattle, low dairy yield, inadequate technical support from Wellard, and in many cases, death of the imported cows.

President Rouhani signs law blacklisting Pentagon, subsidiaries
President Hassan Rouhani has signed an amended law that expands Iran’s designation of American terrorist organizations to include the Pentagon and all its subsidiaries.
Iran’s parliament passed the initial version of the law back in April, which designated the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) a terrorist organization after the US blacklisted the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).
Last week, the Iranian parliament expanded it to include the Pentagon, in response to US assassination of IRGC Quds Force commander General Qassem Soleimani and his companions in Baghdad.

Expect 2-6" of snow at Pass level. Expect today's daytime highs in the mid 40s with overnight lows in the mid 30s.
Two more storms arrive this week with the last being the coldest and strongest. The next one arrives on Tuesday evening bringing us rain with a chance of a wintry mix down to 2500ft, but no accumulation is expected below 3000ft.
The wettest and coldest storm we've seen all January is expected to arrive Wednesday night, bringing lots of rain and heavy snow to the Sierra. Snow levels may drop to 2500ft, bringing us a good possibility of seeing 1-3" of snow in GV/NC. The upper foothills will see more, with the Sierra receiving up to 2ft of snow. This won't be a huge storm, but the strongest we've seen since December. Prepare for bad drivers and long delays into the Sierra.
The long range forecast looks to dry out a bit next week, but there's also some flip flopping so there's that.
