The @DeccaRecords Popstar to Operastar scandal gets worse every day: Guest artist on 10 June 2011 was guitarist Milos Karadaglic who duetted with singer Sharleen Spiteri*. Karadaglic is a Decca artist and he has just recorded a duet with Joe McElderry for Joe's new album**.
So far then we have three judges and two guest artists on PSTOS signed with Decca and it looks now like Cheryl Cole engineered Joe's deal with Decca some time before the final. The whole show was essentially a product placement vehicle for Decca and it looks increasingly like the voting (and the money the voters spent phoning in to vote) was an irrelevance.
