@sseairhelp: what gives?! After I moved house I called your line to find out what to do to close my gas account. I was told to send an email to movinghouse@sseairtricity.com with my final reading and a forwarding address. I did this. I received acknowledgment. I've waited for my final bill at my new address. None came. What did come, however, was a text message telling me my account was due and to phone in and settle it. So, I phone in to find out what the dickens is going on, only to discover that the customer services rep has no record of me having ever closed my gas account, providing a final meter reading, providing a final forwarding address....

This is not the first time something has gone very, very wrong with my sseairtricity gas account.
