Dear Mr. President
I realize you are an extremely busy man and that you may never read this letter yourself and that’s okay.
Before you read this I have to let it be known that I AM PROUD OF YOU and PROUD TO CALL YOU MY PRESIDENT!!!

My name is Heather Colleen Rodgers of Wichita Kansas. I am a 44 year old stay at home mom/ home maker. I have been married to my 2nd husband Greg for 12 years and I have 3 children. Two of which are grown men, my daughter the youngest will be 17 in July.
At first when I heard you were running for President of the United States of America I laughed and thought of The Simpson’s episode where you were the president. I thought Oh My God! This has got to be a joke! He will never make it!
My first pick for the seat in my White House was Dr. Ben Carson. (I am so happy to see him as a part of your team)
Honestly when he pulled out I was in the mind set of “screw this! I will NEVER Vote Trump!” I kept trying to sell myself on all the others left in the race except for you and the ones on Left side.
I admit … I used to be a never Trump conservative. I even told all my friends and family that unless God changed my heart I would just not vote at all and that I refused to feel bullied into voting for either Him or HER! Then the night before Election Day I prayed and told God that unless he changed my heart I would not be voting for anyone. I believe it was that same night that I heard you say something about Israel and you referred to Israel as a female, my heart changed. No one that does not know God personally or is a Jew themselves or truly loves Israel refers to Israel as a female. That next morning I got up and went to the church to vote. (Asbury Church West Campus) As I was filling out my ballot I left your box blank and saved it for last. Then as I filled in the box next to your name I told God that if I was wrong to please forgive me.
Watching the process of your over whelming sweep of this country was AWESOME to say the least and slightly exhilarating to be honest. To finally have the guy I voted for be a winner felt wonderful! I felt like I had won! I was no longer afraid, worried or feeling like I was bullied into just accepting an outcome!
It actually looked to be to be a Divine intervention by God Himself for you and this country.
Mr. President, I am glad I voted for you, I am glad God changed my heart! I am so glad that I stopped listening to anti Trump propaganda and as you say fake news. I want to apologize for ever pre judging you Mr. Trump. I apologize for thinking that you were just another big filthy rich fat cat who thought his money could buy his way into controlling the poor. I was wrong! I absolutely cannot believe that I now feel like this billionaire 1%-er from New York understands me, my family and my husband’s struggle to provide and pay bills. Always having to tell my daughter no… not this pay check or we will have to see what is left over from income tax.
You get it! Who would have ever thought Donald Trump would understand that!?
You were painted to me to be out of touch with the real world and then all of a sudden I see you as “Just like US” the real American people!
I would also like to apologize on the behalf of The People for the way some of us are treating you and your family. Your kids are true class acts! Exactly the type of example the First Family should be!
If I could give you a little advice though;
Always stay a strong friend and supporter of Israel. God blesses those who bless Israel.
Don’t cuss/swear… on air. LOL At least don’t be caught unaware of a live mic. and dropping F bombs lol
Get a gold or purple robe and wear it at 3 am and have someone take a picture of you at your desk in the oval working. LOL that will really chap their asses!!!!
Don’t take it personally… the country just isn’t used to having a president that actually works when he should be sleeping!
When you start feeling down, stressed out hurt by the way people are treating you remember there is at least one person in Kansas praying for you, your staff and your family.
Keep doing what you’re doing. You are doing a great job! Heck not even Ronald Reagan got this much done in the first 76+ days of his presidency! So I’m told. I was just a kid back then. But by golly I do agree that he was the best of the best! I have a feeling that you will be right up there with him too!
Remember to take time for yourself and stay healthy… you cannot do us any good if you are not healthy! Take time to breath… always have a glass of water at the podium when you give a speech.
Be sweet to your wife and kids, this is a stressful time for them too.
DO NOT GET A DOG! (Unless you already have one) They all get dogs… get a cat or a fish or maybe a peacock! HAHA that would be hilarious! If you do get a dog get something obnoxious, like a Chihuahua or a Great Dane and get it from a shelter, an adopted pound mute would be awesome! I would let your little boy and maybe the grand kids decide.
You are THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! You can do this!
Thank you for being a man of word and proving to me that my vote was not wrong!
