ALLEGEDLY, the Daughter of Drug Mafia. 9 HOURS he was kept at the
Airport. Later then freed on the intervention of the then Prime Minister
Mr. Vajpayee.. FBI filed an equivalent of an FIR in US and released him.
When FBI was asked to divulge the information, by Right/Freedom to
Information Activists about the reasons Rahul was arrested ...
FBI asked for a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from Rahul Gandhi.
So Subramaniyam Swami wrote a Letter to Rahul Gandhi, " If you have
NOTHING to HIDE, Give us the Permission"
HE NEVER REPLIED!)
Why did that arrest not make Headlines Rahul? You could have gone to the

The bill titled ”Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill – 2011” has been drafted under the leadership of UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi. It will soon be tabled in Parliament for approval.
The bill divides Indian society in two parts: “Group” (minority community comprised of Christians and Muslims) and “Others” (majority community, meaning Hindus). This bill assumes that “Others”, the majority community of India (Hindus) are habitual perpetrators of violence and the ”Group” (Muslims and Christians) are the victims.
On the contrary, study after study has proven that Muslims have instigated many of the communal violence incidents in India . Several of these studies have been by independent and renowned juridical authorities of unimpeachable integrity. To cite an instance, Justice Tewatia’s “indisputable” report clearly states the attacks on Sabarmati Express at Godhra station on February 27, 2002 were pre-planned by a Muslim mob in which 58 Hindu women and children were roasted alive. This bill has been drafted by National Advisory Council (NAC). The Advisory committee is a nominated body and has no constitutional status. The stated purpose of the Bill is to address the question of communal violence in the country but the extremely insidious agenda is to communalize Indian polity, create hatred against Hindus, destroy communal harmony, demonize Hindus and convert Hindus either to Christianity or Islam.
This bill seeks to perpetuate a fraud on the majority Hindu community of India . The bill’s target is implicit and sub rosa the Hindu community of India . The bill subliminally propagates abhorrence against Hindus.
Amongst the exceptionally biased and one-sided provisions of the bill are:
· If a case is registered against a Hindu, he has to prove his innocence.
· This law is applicable only when the victim is the “Group” that is, a Muslim or a Christian.
· During the trial, the court may issue orders to attach the property of the accused Hindu.
· The victim will be granted financial compensation within 30 days.
· If a Hindu loses property, is humiliated or boycotted, this law would not apply.
· If any Hindu publishes, communicates, disseminates, broadcasts, advertises by words, either spoken or written, news about communal violence he would be prosecuted for hate propaganda.
· Under this bill, if a Muslim or a Christian complains against any Hindu leader or organization that his/her feelings have been offended, that person/organization would be hauled up.
· Hindus would be prosecuted by “Communal Harmony Authority” to be set up at the state and central levels with seven members each, of which four including chairman and deputy chairman should be from the minority communities.
· All the crimes mentioned under this law are non-bailable -

Anti-Hindu Congress Government in Andhra Pradesh has banned ringing of bell in Sri Bhagyalakshmi Temple in Char Minar area in Bhagyanagar. The Government has also imposed ban on performing ‘Maha-aarti’ and has deployed police force to implement the ban. Akbaruddin Owaisi a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) of ‘MIM (Majalis Ittehadul Muslimin)’, a Muslim Political Party being the alliance with State Congress Party of Andhra Pradesh, a southern state in India, has demanded to impose ban on processions taken out on Hindu festivals viz. ‘Ram-Navami’ and ‘Hanuman-Jayanti’. Hindu organizations are angered due to such demand by Owaisi. In a country where Hindus are in majority, a Muslim MLA, demanding ban on processions taken out during Hindu festivals, indicates that Hindus are staying in Pakistan and not in India. Muslims are now demanding ban on Hindu processions; tomorrow, they will demand for demolition of Hindu temples and will, later, demand that Hindus should become either Muslims or leave their womenfolk behind.
Unfortunately, Muslims are considered as a very lucrative vote bank for all the political parties in India and they are giving every concessions to the Muslims including special educational felicity in Madrasha, establishing Mosques and Muslim grave yards, reservation quota in services and jobs, special loans and arrangements for their business, felicities in personal laws under Shariyat, subsidy in Haj pilgrimage and many thing more.
Actually, lack of unity among Hindus is responsible for such situation and there is no alternative for Hindus to establish a Hindu Nation in Bharat to change this situation. It is now established that Congress Govt. is trampling sentiments of Hindus only to appease Muslims. Today, there is ban on ‘aarti’, ban on ringing bells in temple; tomorrow, these Hindu-hater rulers of Congress will issue a ‘fatwa’ that Hindus should adopt Islam; cows will be slaughtered in front of Hindu temples; Hindu women folk will be enjoyed by them by their choice; Hindus will be considered as ’Jimmi’ or otherwise to be slit on neck as being Kaffir and a Muslimstan will be established in India as Pakistan. How long are Hindus going to tolerate such Congress rulers with Jehadi force, who are making them experience how living in Pakistan would be. Now at least Hindus should unite and undertake a strong agitation, in a lawful manner, against those imposing curb on their religious rights and save Hindu Existence in India i.e. Bharat!

Juval Aviv gave intelligence (via what he had gathered in Israel and the Middle East) to the Bush Administration about 9/11, a month before it occurred. His report specifically said they would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments. Congress has since hired him as a security consultant.
Now for his future predictions. He predicts the next terrorist attack on the U.S. will occur within the next few months.
Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as they know the people onboard will never go down quietly again. Aviv believes our airport security is a joke -- that we have been reactionary rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective.
For example:
1) Our airport technology is outdated. We look for metal, and the new explosives are made of plastic.
2) He talked about how some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire. Because of that, now everyone has to take off their shoes. A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives. Now we can't bring liquids on board. He says he's waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; at which point, security will have us all traveling naked!
Every strategy we have is reactionary.
3) We only focus on security when people are heading to the gates.
Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom or get a drink, and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved. In Israel, security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.
Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate. (i.e., Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, big cities (New York, San Francisco, Chicago, etc.) and that it will also include shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as, rural America this time. The interlands (Wyoming, Montana, etc.).
The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country (terrorists like big impact), involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas.
Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.
Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U. S. Government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts. The world is quickly going to become 'a different place', and issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will become totally irrelevant.

And that was before the Talibanization of Afghanistan, and of much of Pakistan, too. Let me try to summarize and update the situation like this: Here is a society where rape is not a crime. It is a punishment. Women can be sentenced to be raped, by tribal and religious kangaroo courts, if even a rumor of their immodesty brings shame on their menfolk. In such an obscenely distorted context, the counterpart term to shame—which is the noble word “honor”—becomes most commonly associated with the word “killing.” Moral courage consists of the willingness to butcher your own daughter.
If the most elemental of human instincts becomes warped in this bizarre manner, other morbid symptoms will disclose themselves as well. Thus, President Asif Ali Zardari cringes daily in front of the forces who openly murdered his wife, Benazir Bhutto, and who then contemptuously ordered the crime scene cleansed with fire hoses, as if to spit even on the pretense of an investigation. A man so lacking in pride—indeed lacking in manliness—will seek desperately to compensate in other ways. Swelling his puny chest even more, he promises to resist the mighty United States, and to defend Pakistan’s holy “sovereignty.” This puffery and posing might perhaps possess a rag of credibility if he and his fellow middlemen were not avidly ingesting $3 billion worth of American subsidies every year.
There’s absolutely no mystery to the “Why do they hate us?” question, at least as it arises in Pakistan. They hate us because they owe us, and are dependent upon us. The two main symbols of Pakistan’s pride—its army and its nuclear program—are wholly parasitic on American indulgence and patronage. But, as I wrote for Vanity Fair in late 2001, in a long report from this degraded country, that army and those nukes are intended to be reserved for war against the neighboring democracy of India. Our bought-and-paid-for pretense that they have any other true purpose has led to a rancid, resentful official hypocrisy, and to a state policy of revenge, large and petty, on the big, rich, dumb Americans who foot the bill. If Pakistan were a character, it would resemble the one described by Alexander Pope in his Epistle to Dr Arbuthnot:
