i mr sunil naik no 9172462116 converted postpaid to prepaid but i was not able to make recharge nor through voucher nor online nor through retailer and ur 198 floor supervisor sachin ubale says you have to wait till 9 feb to get the issue resolved very poor and bad service no resolution from 27 january . my pospaid bill will be inclueded will all the call charges the call given to 121 and 198 my no 8291110333.Your seniors have no resolution to the issue they only no to take complaints very bad and poor service airtel agents rude on calls think they are boss . no solution to problem waste using airtel .check my no 8291110333 call given to 198 and 121 on 8/2/2016 u will come to know how airtel agents speak call no for further clarification on my no 8291110333.Stop airtel
