Hasta la Victoria Siempre....that's the feeling one gets after taking on fnb and "winning" or more accurately stop bleeding, after an arduous fight, no more forced life cover on a bond when one was already covered, 14 months of paying 683.00 for life cover I already have, talk about taking a big stick to the small guy.....advice for fnb, please tell prospective bond clients that they are entitled to use their life cover as the first choice instead of just giving forms for life cover to sign while signing bond forms, it obfuscated issues during that process, they need to be advised thoroughly on this and the fact that they could be paying double for life cover if they take additional cover with fnb, I am at a crossroad in terms of opening a new business account with you guys because of this bad experience, you really could have made this easier, how progressive are you really when a matter that could have been amicably resolved took close to another 12 months to resolve at great financial and time cost to the small guy, how many more others are out there like me.....MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED
