But before you pay your next bill, please consider this.
The 830,000 that registered and didn't pay, and the 500,000 that didn't even register have to appear in court TWICE before they get around to you.
That's over 2.5 million court cases. And because of the capped payment, the first hearings can't take place for another 2 years.
You might consider a "wait and see" approach before you pay your next bill. Just sayin'.
