- A rep was calling to confirm appointment with customer. Tehy customer calls her the devils daughter for calling to confirm on a Sunday. Then before rep can respond customer starts praying, the rep can't get a word in edgewise for almost 7 minutes.

Customer: NO NO NO NO.
.Me: ...?
Customer: The flyer said free estimate not anything else. Should take maybe 6 minutes not no damn hour or hour and a half.
Me: I understand that sir but when he comes out he will show you the materials available in your area, measure and then give you an estimate based on the material you choose and the measurements. This will take more than 6 minutes.
Customer: well fine I guess.
