On 30th March 2015, UMLand through its subsidiary, Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd has been nominated in Property Insight Malaysia’s Prestigious Developer Awards 2015. The gala night marked another cornerstone for UMLand as its latest addition The Apex, Putra Hill Residency, Bandar Seri Putra has been awarded for the Best Luxury Landed Development.
