"jambalaya" So last night I made my version of it. I sautéed a whole sweet onion, a few zucchini and garlic, set that aside, cooked some chorizo, and kelbasa together, added the veg back into the pan and then laid shrimp on top, put the lid on and cooked for about 15 minutes. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. HOLY HELL. It was so good. Served it with quinoa for the kids, I had mine without. DELISH. Will make again.
