WI Lawmaker: Dems Are Stalling, Recount Will Not Be Completed, State Will Be Forfeited– WON’T COUNT FOR TRUMP!

Duffy said Democrats and far left Green Party supporters are stalling the recount in Dane County Wisconsin, where Madison is located. The county is holding a hand recount. The recount will not be completed by the deadline on December 20th. Therefore, according to Rep. Duffy, the state will quite possibly be forced to forfeit their electoral votes. This was the plan all along. Democrats knew they couldn’t make up 20,000 votes. But they also knew if they stalled on the recount the state could not certify the vote.

Dane county has nowhere close to 1.5 million votes to count, it is one county of 72 in the state. Wisconsin cast about 2.9 million votes in this last election. 19 counties are going to hand count in the state. Most due to the fact that they have so few ballots to count that doing it by hand is most economical and will get them the results they need by December 13th. Dane county may be an exception. We should also consider that it was a liberal judge who, surprisingly, ruled that due to no evidence of fraud or irregularity, the total hand count Stein wanted was NOT necessary and refused to order it. Trust me, this deflated the Stein group, they never expected to lose that ruling. Keeping in mind that Trump won the state, there's also a strong possibility that there's enough pressure that will be brought to bear to insure that even Dane county gets done by 12/13. Duffy is a conservative, but I suspect he might be too interested in being on tv or being quoted in articles to keep his focus on the facts.

What Happens if Nobody Gets 270 Electoral Votes? September 19, 2016 It takes 270 electoral votes to win the presidency. What if nobody reaches that threshhold? There are two main scenarios where this could occur. Neither is likely at this time, but fun to think about. The first is a 269-269 tie between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The 2nd involves one (or more) third party candidates getting enough electoral votes so that neither Clinton or Trump reach 270. There are 97 possible ties based on the states that currently look most likely to be competitive in November. Use our updated Electoral College Tie Finder to see what happens as you assign those states to Clinton or Trump. http://www.270towin.com/electoral-college-tie-combinations/ If no candidate receives 270 electoral votes, the House of Representatives will pick the president. Each state delegation gets one vote, regardless of the number of congressional districts it has. 26 votes, representing a majority of the states, are required to win. more http://www.270towin.com/news/2016/09/19/what-happens-if-nobody-gets-270-electoral-votes_376.html#.WEF_CldJCFF
