WET WEEK AHEAD! 65°F 11:15AM Hey hey Giovanni here. Sorry I was away yesterday as I was traveling from photographing a destination wedding on Friday and then had a dance performance to photograph yesterday evening. I super appreciate your patience as I get busy with spring weddings and events. These events pay for this page to remain active throughout the year so it's a necessity. Please visit and share my photography page. Thank you! www.lenkalandphotography.com. Enjoy today's warm weather as we into the upper 60s and cool overnight lows in the mid 40s.
Our weather was perfect this weekend, but spring is cannot be trusted as we head into the first days of April. A weak storm looks to arrive by mid day on Monday with snow levels above 8000ft as this system pulls in a warmer southerly flow. This won't a very wet storm as we may receive 0.25-0.50" of rain with a continuing threat of showers through Tuesday. Wednesday looks partly cloudy and maybe mostly dry. The potential for follow up storms looks likely as a cooler wet weather pattern develops by Thursday into Friday with a much stronger storm possible next Saturday. Snow levels look to remain above 6000ft and may play havoc with spring weekend plans should this turn into a significant rain and Sierra snow event. This also looks like it might be the last big storm of the season as dryer weather is expected after Sunday. More on this soon.
The long range forecast wants to dry us out and warm us up as we head into the second week of April. This is very typical, but so are April cold weather snaps. Have a Super Sunday!
