There really is a simple way to prevent any doubt in the minds of people (the racist) from screaming police brutality. 1rst) the police wear cameras. 2nd) there are no more high speed police chases in excess of 25 mph as you may pass through a school zone& 2nd) a) if the police officer is ware that a school zone is approaching the chase shall cease immediately. 3) Police officers shall no longer carry a gun. 4)A police officer when receiving a call that suggests a weapon may be involved the responding officer or officers shall not approach within 10 blocks & shall redirect foot & auto traffic. 5) Any calls of violence, resisting arrest, weapons, shall be handled by the swat team. 6) All police departments swat teams shall be comprised of 3 swat teams, 1 team shall be comprised of all African American police officers, 2 team shall be comprised of all white police officers, 3rd team shall be all other races & all teams shall train together show the solidarity of the force, & i guarantee racism will disappear by 90%
