~ Starting January 1st. 2017 every state will have the option to submit an application for a "State Innovation Waiver". This was tucked in the ACA under Section 1332 and combined with Section 1115 the states can possible put into place their own "Buy-In Medicare" or "Single-Payer" programs. ~
