It is with utter grieve and disappointment I am writing this.

I haven’t felt so disrespected ever before, perhaps the support staff was acting racist.

I made a call to them on November 15, 2016 @ 3:49pm approx with regards to a change of plan inquiry. MIND YOU this is a business plan that I am talking about.

Just to give you a heads up, every time I make a call at Rogers I get different answers, what an irony.

Sando, was the person that I was talking to. Extremely rude, impolite, non-courteous, unprofessional behavior that led me to believe that neither was he trained properly nor was he polite for this type of job.

So, I inquired about my current plans and what options I had as I was using the same plan since over 2 years. I asked more about the prospective plans that I could consider. I work for a bank. I was using the term business plans and small business plans interchangeable thinking they are the same but they were not. But what an utterly insulting way he stopped me during a conversation and asked “Do you work for the Bank or not?” Clearly in his voice that wasn’t a question and vividly one could have stated that it’s an insulting tone that Sando disbelieves what I said.

I told him you can verify my details, work address, email address, HR ID. As if he didn’t care. I felt like a victim of disrespect as he didn’t believe a word I said. I am a very patient person myself but then I lost my calm and asked him that I would like to talk to his manager or immediate supervisor to complain about his rudeness. He denied that he can’t do that. Then abruptly, he said “No! You don’t need to complaint in a rude voice, once again, in a very demeaning way. I insisted that I would complaint as this behavior is unacceptable.
