@Paytm I loaded some money into paytm wallet and i wanted to transfer the money to bank account. I sent message to 53030 atleast 1 month back.
But still paytm is asking me again to send message and saying it would take 7 days to process the request.
I would like to know the following things from you guys / girls.
1. Can I transfer money from paytm wallet to my bank account. ( This amount in my paytm wallet is not a refund , not related to any order. It was an amount I loaded into the wallet )
2. After I sent message to 53030, I received SMS from paytm saying that it would take 7 days to active the facility to transfer money to bank acccount. Where in your site, can i see the status of this.
Please answer my questions ASAP
