President Obama's economic analysis work for the Central Intelligence Agency's New York front company, Business International Corporation (BIC), gave the future president an appreciation for the type of global banker-mandated austerity programs now being meted out to Greece. From 1983 to 1985, Obama edited and contributed to BIC reports that were used exclusively by the CIA in its own classified intelligence reports on the states of various economies.
