NJ Advance Media reports that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was offered numerous positions in Donald Trump's administration, but turned them down, sources say. Sources said those jobs included Cabinet-level posts like Homeland Security secretary and Veterans Affairs secretary, as well as other posts, like a White House advisory role and U.S. ambassador to Italy. But Christie was not offered the role of U.S. attorney general, the sources say, a post that Christie reportedly coveted.
