City Montessori School , the so called largest school chain in the world and the winner of UNESCO Peace Prize, has moved the High Court (Lucknow Bench) against admission of poor children under RTE 25% reservation in their schools. This act of breaking the well established law in full public view is a way of delaying the admission process and hence eventually denying admissions to those poor children.
The Counsel representing the state is the renowned Advocate Zafaryab jilani ji, one of the best lawyers the country has who fought Babri Masjid case. This also reflects on the seriousness of the CMS issue. With Adv Ashok Agarwal joining in, we are laying our faith in the judiciary system.
