MORE STORMS ON THE WAY! 37°F 7:30 AM Hey hey Giovanni here. We will continue dry again today as High pressure will bring us another beautiful day, but big changes are on the way. Expect today's daytime highs in the upper 40s and overnight lows in the mid 30s.
The next storm looks cold, but it's moisture starved so I'm not expecting much rain/snow from it. Snow levels may briefly drop below 3000ft on Wednesday morning, bringing a light dusting to Nevada City/Grass Valley. Don't get too excited as snow levels are expected to rise during the day above 3500ft. A slight chance of rain will continue through Thursday before clearing out. A stronger wetter storm looks to take aim and impact our weather this weekend with snow falling above 5000ft. It's too soon to tell, but this storm pattern has the potential to impact our holiday travel plans. More on this soon.
The long range forecast looks to remain unsettled through Christmas with the possibility of another dry period as we head into the New Year.
