#JudgePersky. Victim did write & ask 4 mercy for Tucker. Victim did write angry letter 2 Tucker/Persky. Persky is n no win situation. Victim wants justice both ways. So what was she expecting from the court when she tells the court to go soft on Tucker and then vents about about her feelings. Sorry, but as a Stanford grad she should have known better and ran both of those letters by a mature adult, namely her parents and legal. She knew that if he were any man of color the court would have thrown the book at him, but given that Tucker is not only White, Upper Class and a Stanford student with clean life the court followed suggestion of the probation office, his mom and the VICTIM and gave MERCY.

Justice is not only a roll of the dice it's loaded.
