I need your help!
My son Matthew needed a replacement permit so he could register for his drivers test. My husband and son spent 4 hours on line on Tuesday in Rahway in order to get a replacement but got turned away. They than went back yesterday got there at 4:30 am. They spent 9 hours on line. Showed them all of the documentation including his passed written test and got a new permit. We than went online to schedule his road test and we got an error message saying that we can’t register him for the test because they don’t have the documentation that he passed the written test. So we called the MVC this morning and the women on the phone said she can’t void out the error message. The only way to void it out is to go back and stand in line and show them the same paperwork we had to show them in order to get the permit.
We don’t want to camp out again because of an error message. All we need is someone who will schedule his road test.
