Hot Rod Blagojevich. The shameless former governor of Illinois was provided an extravagant trial (public corruption), costing millions, and was essentially found guilty of having poor values. That verdict might have been rendered without lawyers, merely with the introduction of Exhibit A, his life-size statue of Elvis Presley. Now another trial is planned. For what purpose? And then a third and fourth? America’s wish to put people in jail has become one of the most vicious aspects of a nation that is losing its way. Blagojevich is disgraced, broke, and ruined. Let the man alone, so we no longer have to look at his head-mulch.
