@HRBlockAnswers @HRBlock Today I tried calling your customer service for the 4th time. I waited 36 minutes, and I still couldn't talk to anyone. I need help ASAP. I bought & installed the H&R Block 2014. I completed the federal tax forms and submitted them via e-file. The software then asked me which state I lived, I chose MN, and it downloaded the state softwre. I went ahead hoping to fill out the forms and submit them as well. I need to fill out my state taxes and submit them ASAP, how can I fix this software?
