Everyone's Asking: What's Wrong with Bill Clinton?
RUSH: Two things on Bill Clinton. I saw a video the other day of Bill Clinton standing behind Gabby Giffords and her husband. It was obviously a campaign appearance, and Gabby and her husband were talking about the upcoming election, the primary. And Clinton was standing... Did you see this, Clinton standing behind 'em? I gotta be very careful here describing this, but it looked like he didn't know where he was.
He kept chewing on his tongue, kept his eyes wide open and literally looked totally, totally out of it, as an aging person looks to be inebriated or any of that. Just not there. It was striking. It was, "Whoa! What is this?" And then the next story on Clinton was he's out there speaking up for Hillary. He said, "We gotta clean up the legacy, the disaster of the last eight years." And somebody said, "What the heck is this about?" Everybody thought, "Maybe Obama's gonna unleash the DOJ on Hillary.
"And maybe Clinton's heard about." And then they asked Clinton about. I wasn't talking about that, I was talking about the Republicans. The Republicans' legacy the last eight years, it's an absolute disaster. It's something that only Hillary can fix it." And everybody say, "What? Republicans didn't do diddly-squat the last eight years. The Republicans didn't do anything." So there's a lot of people wondering, "Where's Bill? Clearly something's changing out there."
