DRY AND SUNNY! 49°F 7:00 AM Hey hey Giovanni here. Warmer today with strong High pressure in control. Expect today's daytime highs in the low 70s with overnight lows in the low 40s.
High pressure offshore this week will keep us warm and dry through Friday. A chance of rain remains albeit not all that great late in the week as a cold front is expected to open up the storm door this weekend and bring us a chance of rain through Monday. Regardless how little rain we receive, it's still a good thing. Snow levels will be tricky as they drop below 4000ft in the colder air mass on Sunday, but the lack of moisture with this system will mean low precipitation amounts.
Long range forecast models are still hinting of the possibility of series of storms to arrive later next week. These storms may bring us significant rain and Sierra snow starting this weekend with the possibility of more potent follow up winter storms well into March. I'll have more details as they come available.
