CitiBank closed my girlfriends credit card account Saturday with no warning after it was paid in full. She's been a long standing customer and always pays her account off in full every month. Now they won't speak to her either. They're asking her to mail a letter requesting for more info. WTF? They said there is not a phone number and there's no one to speak with on the phone. This is 2016 people and you're asking someone to mail a letter? These banks are a complete joke. Now I feel better. Happy Monday!
