: At a bond hearing for Todd Kohlhepp, the suspect charged with kidnapping Anderson County, SC, woman Kala Brown, the solicitor said Brown told officials she saw Kohlhepp shoot her boyfriend Charlie Carver, who was reported missing with her in August and has not yet been located. A vehicle believed to belong to Carver was found on the property where Brown was being held. Brown was discovered Thursday chained to a storage container in Kohlhepp's property, and a Spartanburg County, SC, coroner reported Friday that authorities had found a body at the search scene. Officials have yet to identify the body.
