As was being speculated, it's now confirmed that the woman wasn't raped for which the man was lynched in Nagaland. The motive thus was different? Why the medical examination of the complainant not done earlier when the accused (actually the victim who has been lynched) was arrested almost 10 days ago?
The motive behind the attack & silent support by Nagaland Govt needs an investigation. Becoming clearer he was lynched for being a Bengali speaking Muslim and has been brutally murdered due to the ethnic & communal confilct. Would Nagaland Govt & admin give up for mob if the man was a Christian or a Hindu and even a convict? I doubt. Now this seems to be planned.
