ANOTHER DRY DAY! 41°F 7:30 AM Hey hey Giovanni here. High pressure will bring us another dry day, but rain and snow will soon return. Some may even see a white Christmas. Expect today's daytime highs in the mid 50s and overnight lows in the low 40s.

Saturday looks to start out dry before a wet storm arrives late in the day with snow falling above 4500ft. We may see 1" or more of rain with over 1ft of snow at resort level through Monday morning. Our weather will remain unsettled into early next week as this storm system will be slow to clear. Another possibility of rain and snow as low as 3000ft will develop late Monday into Christmas day as a series of cold but weak systems affect NorCal. There's a very slight chance or seeing non sticking snow on Christmas day mixed in the rain showers below 3000ft, but zero accumulation is expected in NC /GV. Upper foothill communities like Banner and Cascade Shores have a much better chance of a white Christmas, but not much more than a light dusting.

The long range forecast looks to remain unsettled through Christmas with another cold storm possible late next week before we dry out the last week of the year.. Maybe.
