A CHANCE OF SHOWERS! 44°F 6:00AM Hey hey Giovanni here. Clouds are on the increase as an inside slider drops along the Sierra crest today bringing a chance of snow showers above 6000ft. Showers are expected to develop in town by this afternoon and be mostly light and hit and miss.Today's temperatures may reach the low 60s with cool overnight lows in the low 40s.
Friday and Saturday look dry and warmer with a slight chance of showers returning on Sunday into Monday as another weak inside slider mainly brings showers to our north, and the Sierra a chance of snow showers. We may only see a few clouds and sprinkles that may linger into Tuesday as we begin to dry out and become mostly sunny by Wednesday as High pressure dominates the west coast.
The long range forecast dries out by midweek with warmer days as we head into the second half of April. We may still see a storm or two into late April and have wild swings in our daytime highs, but overall a drying and warming trend will ultimately win out. Have a totally cool Thursday!
