Regular wifi and cell frequencies, at 2.4 gigahertz, are ideal for mood manipulation and electronic harassment. However, 2.4 GHZ has a limited data transfer potential.
Traditionally, 2.4 ghz has been considered to be a very short wavelength, at around 5 centimeters. And that's the depth it will efficiently penetrate human tissue. But the new 5g frequencies are re-defining what short is, and at frequencies up to 39 GHZ the wavelengths are now so short that they can't achieve efficient penetration of human flesh beyond 3 millimeters. That's not enough to get into the brain, or interact with the nervous system. My guess is that most likely, at least for a while, the cell phones everyone has will still be able to transmit at 2.4 Ghz when desired because the elite won't want to give that up.
At any rate, for some reason by going with such high frequencies, the elite have decided to get rid of a prime harassment platform. And at 10X to 20X the frequency, and therefore the data transfer speed possible, there must be a benefit to that which they perceive. If they want to try to harass people electronically with frequencies that high it is going to be difficult, if not impossible entirely.
I am not certain 5G is going to work the way it is intended to however, because the higher the frequency, pretty much with all materials, the less penetration you can get. I was already surprised that 2.4 GHZ worked as well as it did. But if they do succeed in making much higher frequencies work, a lot of people who have been losing sleep over all the energy in the air at 2.4 ghz are going to rest easy if at some near point in the future that suddenly becomes 39 GHZ. That high of a frequency will put an end to ear and brain cancer from cell phones. It would put an end to tinnitus and other physical effects of the current system.
However, 39 ghz is going to introduce a whole slate of new and ominous possibilities
Having our communication frequencies suddenly jump from 2.4 ghz to 39 ghz will make it more than an order of magnitude easier to use cell towers to interface with smart dust (nano particles with embedded microprocessors which can be spread on the wind like dust). If you want to communicate with something very tiny, it is best done with as high a frequency as possible because higher frequencies can be picked up better with shorter antennas. And 39 ghz is probably a high enough frequency to make smart dust viable. There are many reasons why smart dust would be difficult to have actually function after it was released, and I don't think they are anywhere near a working system yet, but it is something that really needs to be considered because it will be smart dust that truly puts eyes and ears everywhere on the planet.
There will be no smart dust implants as some people are speculating however, because the frequencies are so high that the body will automatically, and in all cases, stop them from working. And there will be other problems, such as making 5g keep working when it is raining, or even when there is high humidity because water vapor in the air alone is enough to significantly block the transmission of such high frequencies. It is even a problem for 2.4 ghz but not enough of a problem to be a real problem. Environmental factors may prove to be too much for 5g frequencies to handle so it will be "wait and see" with the new 5g rollout that is planned.
Anyway, I guess to sum it up, just from OLD SCHOOL electronic warfare knowledge: If the current communication systems are disturbing sleep patterns, this is likely to stop if 5g succeeds and goes into wide use. That's with people however, insects are another story because they are small enough for 5g to mess with. But at least people who are having problems now will see them fade. I am skeptical it will be possible to make 5g work well enough for people to accept, because the frequencies are so high that getting the needed penetration into living spaces is going to be a real problem. However, if 5g does end up going mainstream, there will be a real and ominous potential for smart dust to be simply let out in a chem trail and subsequently fall to the ground, which would then have trillions of eyes and ears everywhere. So that is something to think about . . . .
