@TWC_Help - Wow, did a chat today to ask why box fees hadn't been removed yet since I returned equipment. After some back and forth the rep (Lamar) de-authorized my cable modem (chat disconnected of course)! Had to call tech support to re-authorize/provision as she stated the modem had been disabled! Decided to cancel service and made sure to get work order #. Glad there's competition here with AT&T already and Google Fiber coming soon in the Triangle. Rate has increased $45+ from original promo - disconnect guy couldn't come close to previous pricing anyway or AT&T's offers.
