IT LOOKS LIKE THEY CAN'T GET THE OROVILLE POWER STATION UP TO FULL CAPACITY
It has been long enough to clear the debris. Yet the power station is still below 13,000CFS. If the dam is releasing max, with everything working right, it can release 17,000 without the spillways. So they are losing ground with the inflows where they are, when they should be able to keep up. Not a problem yet, but something to watch.
